1. General information
All achievements, which are carried out of honeycomb shop, exclusively take place on the basis of the following general trading conditions of use. Deviating regulations only have validity if they were agreed in writing between honeycomb shop and the customer.
2. Contract conclusion
a) The offers of the honeycomb shop in the Internet represent a noncommittal request for the costumers to order good in the online shop.
b) By the order of the desired goods in the Internet the customer gives a binding offer for the conclusion of a sales contract in the Internet.
c) The order will be worked on from a value of goods of 15 Euro.
d) Der honeycomb shop is justified to assume this offer within three calendar dates under forwarding of an order confirmation. After this time the valid time of three days the offer is rejected.
3. Times of delivery
The articles, if from storage available, will be delivered immediately. The supply takes place within Germany and also other European Union countries. The times of delivery within Germany usually take 3 to 4 working-days, deliveries to foreign countries up to 7 working-days.
If an article is available for short, we inform by email about the delivery time which can be expected, if an address of you is present. At a delay of delivery, for example by higher destination, obstructions of traffic and orders by high hand as well as other events which can´t be represented from us, no requirement for damage can be raised. 4. Verpackungs- und Versandkosten For Orders from 15 to 70 Euro there are costs for dispatch 5 Euro.
Please understand that we only work on orders of a commodity value of at least 15 Euro.
Within Germany from a commodity value up to 70 Euro the dispatch takes place carriage free. For foreign countries we compute in function of zone and weight in different categories.
Zone 1 - 0-2 kg - 9 Euro, to 5 kg – 16 Euro, to 10 kg – 21 Euro
Zone 2 - 0-2 kg – 14 Euro, to 5 kg – 29 Euro, to 10 kg – 34 Euro
Zone 3 – 0-2 kg – 14 Euro, to 5 kg – 34 Euro, to 10 kg – 44 Euro
Zone 4 – 0-2 kg – 14 Euro, to 5 kg – 39 Euro, to 10 kg – 54 Euro
The dispatch takes place by parcel service or post office on danger of the orderer. New customers are welcome. Their supply takes place after payment on the account No. 22 64 17 4 by Comdirect Bank Quickborn (BLZ 200 411 11) as well as for abroad supplies the account No. 22 64 17 400 - IBAN: DE08 2004 1111 0226 4174 00, BIC/SWIFT code COBADEHDXXX. Already well-known customers usually receive a calculation in combination with dispatch, which is payable after receiving without reduction. You have 14 days time to watch the supplied goods. The period of back transport begins with arrival of the commodity at the place of the receiver. Goods which were sent back, if it is original-packed and intact, will be taken back and credited within that period or exchanged when desired. Unfree and expensive returns are rejected without exception. Laid out postage costs of returns will be refunded in case of a bad supply or entitled complaint. If desired express supplies also can be accomplished against additional costs of the respective courier service.
5. Payment
The payment in the case of supply within Germany is possible by - pay in advance (the customer is obligated to pay the price after the conclusion the contract with on our account.) - invoice (the customer is obligated to pray the price immediately after receiving the goods.) With Payment in advance you will an email from us with the exact invoice date. Please register your email address and/or telephone number on the order form, so that we contact you. Please indicate for your payment transfer, as intended purpose your name and the invoice number, so that we can assign your payment to your order. For deliveries to foreign countries payment takes place by payment in advance. Untill the payment is complete, the supplied goods remain our own (reservation of proprietary rights after § 449 BGB). With exceeding of the agreed fixed times for payment we must compute extra free for reminding and handling.
6. Right of return
Unused articles can be returned in their intact original package within 14 days after supply. The period of back transmission begins with arrival of the good at the receiver. The sent back good will be taken back and credited, if it is original-packed and intact, within the period or exchanged when desired. In case of an unsatisfactory supply and/or entitled complaint, laid out postage costs refunded. In other cases unfree and expensive returns without exception are rejected. Please contact us before a return, so that we can make the completion for you. Use for your transmissions our address below. Articles, which were made and/or changed particularly for you, cannot be taken back.
7. Right of revocation and consequences
As consumers you can cancel your contract explanation within one month without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or also if you got the goods to your hand before expiration – by return of the good. The period starts after receiving a declaration about cancelling in writing, but not before receiving of the good at the costumers place – also not before our fulfillment of duties for information after in accordance with article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 senctence 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312 g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In the case of the recurring supply of homogenous the period does not start before entrance of the first partial delivery. In case of an effective revocation, both sides have to refund the received achievements (e.g. to give change interest). If you cannot refund the goods as well as uses (for examples costums advantages) to us or only partly or only in worse condition, you must carry indemnification according to value to that extent. For a degradation resulted from the intended putting into use of the good you do not have to carry indemnification according to value. You must only carry indemnification according to value for pulled uses, as far as is to the uses or the degradation to handling the good, which goes beyond the examination of the characteristics and the function mode. By „examination of the characteristics and the function mode “ it is to understand a testing and a trying of the respective good, how it is possible and usual the shop possible for instance. Goods which are package-capable have to be shipped back on our danger. Goods which are not package-capable will be picked up at your place. Obligations for the reimbursement of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the sending off of your declaration or the thing, for us with receiving. The right of revocation does not exist with remote sale contracts for the supply of goods, which are made after special wishes or clearly to the personal needs of the customer.
8. Guarantee
If transport damages at the good should be determined, immediatly the receiver has to make a message of loss to the dispatch service. Other recognizable transport damages are to be made in writing valid at the latest within three days after receiving of the good. We are not responsible for the lack due of incorrect handling, to normal use or effects from strange use. With repairs at the goods in own contribution or through third without our written agreement the warranty claim at us expires.
9. Data protection
The data which are conveyed by you are used for the completion for your orders. Every data are strictly confidently treated by us. Moving data to third only takes place, if it is necessary for order execution. The order data are coded and transferred secure. We do not take adhesion for data security during the transmissions over the Internet or for possible criminal access of third to files our Internet presence. Customer log in data, which are conveyed when desired the customer at these, are to be treated by the customer strictly confidentially, since we do not take any responsibility for the use and use of these data.
10. Copyright
All used logos, pictures and graphics are possessions of the appropriate companies and are subject to the copyright of the appropriate licensers. All photos, logos, texts, reports and scripts represented on these sides, which self-developments of us are or were prepared of us, may not be copied or used without our agreement or used. All rights reserve.
11. Other
We do not have influence, if articles are taken out of the programme from our suppliers and so they are no longer available or were changed in any kind. If another good is offered from our supplier, then we will inform you about it. A claim for damages because of no longer available article cannot be made valid against us. Price adjustments of individual articles we reserve for ourselves.
12. Validity of the Conditions of Use
With your order you accept the Conditions of Use of honeycomb shop. If one point of the Conditions of Use might be not valid any more, other conditions are still valid. Verbal agreements need an extra agreement in writing. Fulfillment and area of jurisdiction is Delmenhorst, so far legally nothing else is regular.
