Bye a coupon:
Coupons can be bought just like normal articles in the category "Others". As soon as you bought a coupon and after succesful payment, the amouFnt appears in your shopping basket. Now you can with the button "Coupon send" send the desired amount by email.
How to send a coupon
In order to send a coupon, click on the button "Coupon send" at your shopping basket. For sending a coupon we need the following data of you: First and surname of the receiver, a valid email address of the receiver, a short message to the receiver and the desired amount. (You can also give away partial amounts of your assets.) Please check your data again before dispatching. Before dispatching any time you have the possibility to correct your data.
Shopping with coupons
As soon as you have assets, you can use this for paying your order. During the order procedure you have the possibility to exchange your assets. If the assets are under the commodity value, you must select your preferential manner of payment for the balance. If your assets exceed the commodity value, the remaining credit balance remains to you naturally for your next order.
Book a coupon
If you received a coupon by email, you can book the amount as follows:
1. Click on in the email the indicated button. If you do not have yet a personal customer account, you have the possibility to open an account.
2. After you put a product into the Warenkorb, you can enter your coupon code there.

Important data are among other things: Their customer number, the coupon code, error messages of the system as well as the used browser.
